MODEL RANGE SPECIFICATIONS: JV-60C3

The JV-60C3 is an affordable Semi Automatic system embracing benefits of automation, but utilising only three canisters at any one time. However the STS Tray when combined with interchangeable canisters dramatically increases the range of medications which can be packed.

For the larger Pharmacy, the JV-60C3 Semi Automatic option provides a dedicated Unit Dose system, which can also pack urgent individual sachets without interrupting long production runs on the Pharmacy’s fully automated larger ATDPS.

Continuous Input Through Assistant Trays

The use of an assistant tray makes it possible to feed medicines continually and shortens the dispensing time delivering even greater efficiencies.

 

Easy to Mount and Remove Hopper

The hopper is easy to mount and remove, ensuring a hygienic environment for packaging of medication.

 

Instant Adhesive Function

When replacing the packaging paper, the end of existing paper is attached instantly to the beginning of new paper thus minimising any wastage.

 

Automatic Cutting Function

Independent Computerised Processing (optional)

Prescriptions can be read through a PC or laptop even if computerised processing is not available, making it possible to work independently.

Printing Function (optional)

Medication data, patient information and instructions can be printed on each individual sachet, making it possible to administer medication precisely for each patient.

Up to 120 tablets can be packed in one tray. Frequently used medicines are packed continuously from the canisters installed on the upper deck. Frequently used medication can be packed automatically avoiding the manual process, thus reducing dispensing time. Furthermore, the use of additional canisters (optional) brings scalability for a wide variety of dispensed medicines.
